1. Use of the calculator
The calculator produces typical-market UK retainer estimates based on the inputs you provide and reference data we maintain. Estimates are illustrative and do not constitute formal quotes, financial advice, or contractual offers from any agency.
2. Accuracy of estimates
We make reasonable efforts to keep our reference data current, but agency pricing varies widely with scope, contract terms, deliverables, exclusivity and market conditions. Always obtain written proposals from agencies before making commitments.
3. Partner-agency introductions
If you opt in to be matched with partner agencies, we will share your calculator inputs and contact details with vetted agencies in our partner network whose pricing and capabilities fit the estimate you received. We do not warrant the suitability, capability, or conduct of any introduced agency. Any subsequent engagement is solely between you and the agency.
4. No warranty
The site and the calculator are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We exclude all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or expense arising from your use of the site, the estimates provided, or any agency introduction made through the site.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: submit knowingly false information; use automated tools to submit calculator results en masse; attempt to circumvent the captcha or other security measures; or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last reviewed" date above shows when the current version took effect.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
